Very impressed with the entire organization. They redid 2 bathrooms. One bathroom was converted to a walk in shower and the other smaller bathroom the bath tub was replaced. Both rooms had sliding glass doors installed. The entire process was professionally installed in 2 days and it looks fantastic. The installers put down floor protection and kept everything clean. My wife and I are extremely happy! Great job!!!

These folks are the absolute best! We had an old tub removed and a new shower installed where it used to be. The entire process from start to finish was EXCELLENT! The consultant who came to our house went over everything with me, and he made all of the measurements etc. for the project. He was very patient and professional. On the day of installation, the installer arrived at 9:00 AM, and he was completed at 5:00 PM. He cleaned up everything, and the quality of his workmanship is way above par. We love our shower!! I am a veteran and I have mobility issues, so this shower has changed my life so much - positively for sure!!! Everything about our new shower is fantastic. The water controls, the shower head controls, the safety grab handles, and the corner shelves are fantastic!! The sliding glass doors are awesome, and there is so much more room in there than we ever had with the old tub shower. I can't recommend these folks enough!!! If you need a walk-in shower where you currently have a tub, PLEASE use this company. You will be glad you did - I guarantee it!!

Needed a damaged single piece tub/enclosure replaced quickly since only one bathroom in the house. Joe arrived at 9:00 a.m. and when I returned @4:00 p.m. he had removed the old tub/enclosure and had installed the new tub and enclosure was packed up and ready to leave. Included new plumbing and fixtures. Couldn't tell he had been there. No damage to adjacent drywall or flooring.

It was a great experience from start to finish. Starting with John Miller coming out to talk about what we wanted and spending time with us with no rush or pressure. Very likable guy ! The installers Caleb and Joe were on time and worked all day to get things done great guys!!!! They made sure the measurements were right for my husband as he is very tall. Now he can take a shower with confidence of not slipping or falling. He has a place to sit that is sturdy and comfortable. Thank you for making both our lives more manageable and safe !

We are very happy with the work performed to change our bath to a walk in shower! It took 3 days. They were very hard workers, especially Caleb, and they cleaned up after themselves. However, the only thing wrong is that they “cannot” (would not) give us a price breakdown of labor, permit fees, parts, etc. so we only received a lump sum total. How do we know the discount from the home show was even included, when the home show told us $10,000-12,000 cost for bath to shower and we paid more than that?? We did not even get the sliding glass doors, although they kept mentioning them. Maybe we were charged for them anyway. Can’t tell because we never got an itemized bill!!And there is no further discount for cash, and there should have been!Very unsettling.
